My husband is a mail carrier in Winter Garden and had noticed the RestorSurance crew at a few houses on his route. He snapped a pic of the trailer with their info. When I started complaining, yet again, about the unsightly condition of our roof, he texted me the picture and said “call these guys”. I went online and filled out a request for a quote. The next day I had a call from Robert Collins and we set up an appointment for the quote. Robert showed up right on time, did a thorough inspection of our roof, took pictures and videos of the simple tests he performed, and then we sat down to talk. He explained the tests and results in layman’s terms. We decided on a cleaning and a roof refresh. The science behind the refresh is simple and logical; it wasn’t a hard sell for this property insurance underwriter (me). The BEST part… it is extremely affordable and cost effective. Knowing I needed to replace the roof on my house my friend recommended RestorSurance. He recently had his roof replace by RestorSurance and was very pleased with the results. After looking at pictures of his house, I decided to use RestorSurance. Their representative, Taz Crumpler, couldn’t have been more professional and extremely easy to work with. He showed me many types and colors of tile. I did pick a color he recommended, and I am very happy that I did. Taz did all the work with my insurance and the city of Winter Garden where I live; I didn’t have to do a thing. Before work started, the roofers found areas that needed repair and fixed them immediately. The roofers were very nice, and when I came out to watch them work, the supervisor explained to me what they were doing and how far along they were. The roof looks fantastic! I’m very happy I took my friends’ advice and contacted RestorSurance to replace my roof.
